Return & Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Kicap Bentong Sdn Bhd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and refund policy.

  1. RETURNS
    • 1.1. Eligibility for Returns:


      Products are eligible for return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
    • 1.2. Non-Returnable Items:


      Perishable goods, custom orders, and items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for return.
    • 1.3. Return Process:


      To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@kicapbentong.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return procedure.
  2. REFUNDS
    • 2.1. Refund Approval:


      Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • 2.2. Refund Method:


      Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • 2.3. Late or Missing Refunds:


      If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or contact us at sales@kicapbentong.com.
  3. EXCHANGES
    • 3.1. Exchange Eligibility:


      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • 3.2. Exchange Process:


      Please email us with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange the next steps accordingly.
  4. SHIPPING COSTS
    • 4.1. Return Shipping:


      Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item unless the return is due to our error.
